Flammable, harmful, harmful by inhalation, in contact with skin and if swallowed.  Causes severe irritation.  Target organs: central nervous system, ears.  Keep away from sources of ignition.  No smoking.  In case of contact with the eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water.  Wear suitable protective clothing.

TOXICITY

Harmful if swallowed, inhales or absorbed through skin.

Causes severe irritation.  High concentrations are extremely destructive to tissues of the mucous membranes and upper respiratory tract, eyes and skin.  Symptoms of exposure may include burning sensation, coughing, wheezing, laryngitis, shortness of breath, headache, nausea and vomitting. Can cause depression.  Exposure can cause: gastroinestinal disturbances, target organs: central nervous system, ears, liver, kidneys, blood.

FIRE

Extinguishing media:  carbon dioxide, dry chemicals or appropriate foam
Water may be effective for cooling but may not effect extinguishment.
Wear self-contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing to prevent contact with skin and eyes.  Use water spray to cool fire exposed containers.
Flammable liquid. Vapour may travel considerable distance to source of ignition and flash back. Container explosion may occur under fire conditions.

FIRST AID

EYES	Irrigate thoroughly with water for at least 15 minutes. Assure adequate flushing of the eyes by separating the eyelids with fingers. OBTAIN MEDICAL ATTENTION.
LUNGS	Remove from exposure, rest and keep warm. OBTAIN MEDICAL ATTENTION. Give oxygen if breathing is difficult.  If not breathing give artificial respiration. 
SKIN	Drench the skin with plenty of water. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before re use.
MOUTH	Wash out mouth with water providing person is conscious.OBTAIN MEDICAL ATTENTION.

SPILLAGE DISPOSAL
EVACUATE AREA.  Shut of sources if ignition. Wear respirator, chemical safety goggles, rubber boots and heavy gloves. Cover with activated carbon adsorbent. Ventilate area and wash spill site after material pickup is complete

DISPOSAL

Burn in a chemical incinerator equipped with an afterburner and scrubber but extra care in igniting as this material is highly flammable.  Local regulations must be strictly adhered to.
