legitimate use for the products we supply under the Poisons act 1972.

Terms of sale
Account Payment terms are net 30 days
Pro-forma invoices with first order for new accounts
New accounts will need to prove trading history prior to opening a credit account.
Prices are subject to change without notice and exclusive of VAT
Export orders are not subject to VAT but may require pro-forma invoice payment.
Credit cards accepted are Master Card , Access Visa Amex, Debit, and switch are also accepted there are NO transaction fees other than your providers.

Returns
All returns are at the discretion of Severn Biotech Ltd the “vendor” and require an authorisation letter/communication There is a 20% restocking fee on all goods returned due to customer ordering errors.
Warranty
Each product is shipped with a certificate of Analysis (Certificate of Analysis / Conformity) stating the conditions and results of product performance tests. Severn Biotech warrants that the product will meet but not exceed these specifications, under normal laboratory conditions. Any product not conforming to specification must be notified to Severn Biotech within 48 hours receiving the goods. Our obligation is limited to remedy non-conforming product by replacement in the event that the product is deemed to be defective. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Severn Biotech Ltd is not liable for consequential damages.
HM Customs and Excise
Ethanol is sold subject to custom duty and orders for duty free Ethanol must be accompanied by an up to date DFS customs declaration. For Further details
please consult HMRC Ex Notice 196 and Ex Notice 47 for duty free spirit and denatured alcohol.
