1X PBS pH 7.4 t (Phosphate Buffered Saline) Pack of 10 Sachets

Simply add the contents of the sachet to Distilled Deionised water  (18 MOhm) dissolve powder and make up to a litre (1000ml) of working strength 1X PBS pH7.4.

Alternatively if you prefer not to use powder sachets Severn Biotech manufacture 1X PBS as a ready to use sterile  (0.2 micron  filtered autoclaved 121 C ) solution in 100ml,500ml and 1000ml pack sizes. See also product code 20-74-10 under phosphate buffered saline !
