DNA Hybridisation

Complimentary single stranded nucleic acid molecules(DNA) will hybridise by hydrogen bonding to form double stranded molecules.  Hybridisation blocking and promotion can be exclusively managed using buffers and denaturing solution to effect the processes involved.

Here at Severn Biotech  we produce a number of different reagent and buffer products for this process. All reagents are tested for their integrity and made from ultra-pure materials.
