Severn Biotech is an independent UK laboratory products manufacturer which commenced trading from January 1990.
Severn Biotech has continued to organically grow over the last 36 years supplying Government. Pharmaceutical, University and Cancer charity laboratories across Great Britain, Ireland and Europe.
The company now manufactures a number of different laboratory products and the present catalogue now lists over 400 reagent and chemical products.
All products are manufactured to exact formulations and standards within our laboratories, which are well-equipped for research, development, production and quality assurance.
We also provide bespoke reagents, OEM manufacturing, own label and branded products, specializing in Peptide Synthesis Chemistry and conjugates for immunology.

Recycle Re-use!
As part of Severn Biotech’s commitment to recycling, we are now re-using cardboard outer packaging to reduce waste. We have introduced labelling to inform clients of this by the inclusion of the white recycling label on the outer packaging. This means we have also inspected the outer box packaging and deem it is suitable to be re-used as part of our in-house QC.

Severn Biotech Expansions
As part of an ongoing expansion plan Severn Biotech has acquired Unit 4 of the Park Lane industrial estate.
This building is initially being used for increased storage capacity. Thus freeing up space within the main lab buildings.
The main storage area within Unit 1 will now be repurposed for laboratory packaging to include some additional office accommodation.
Severn Biotech recently completed a new ISO 7 (CAT C) clean room facility at the Park Lane premises.
The new Clean room is 1500 Sq. ft.
The new facility is also additionally equipped with Laminar Air-flow cabinets, achieving ISO 5 Quality.
